The content on this website is general information only. It is not veterinary advice and does not replace an examination, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified veterinarian. Every animal is different, so please consult a vet about your animal's health.
In an emergency, call us on (02) 4334 3838 during our opening hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). Outside these hours, contact a 24/7 emergency animal hospital directly, such as SASH Tuggerah or ARH West Gosford.
The contact form is for general enquiries only. It is not monitored outside business hours, and it is not a way to book appointments or seek urgent help. Please do not use it in an emergency.
Messages sent through the contact form or by email are electronic communications for the purposes of the Electronic Transactions Act 2000 (NSW). A message is not received by us until it reaches our systems, and we may not read it until our next business day.
We do not take bookings through the website. To make, change or cancel an appointment, please call us on (02) 4334 3838 during opening hours.
The website does not publish fees. Our practice is to give you an estimate before treatment. An estimate is a guide only, and costs can change if your animal's condition or the treatment it needs changes. If that happens, we will talk to you about the change where it is practical to do so.
We do not take payments through the website. Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be explained at the clinic. If your animal is insured, please check your policy and ask our staff how claims are handled. Your insurance arrangement is between you and your insurer.
Any terms for clinic accounts, such as when payment is due, will be given to you at the clinic before or at the time of treatment. Nothing on the website creates a payment obligation.
We will ask for your consent before we treat your animal. Our practice is to ask for your written consent before any anaesthetic or surgical procedure. We will explain the procedure, its risks and the estimated cost first. Veterinary treatment involves some risk, and we cannot guarantee a particular outcome. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our services and goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), which applies as a law of New South Wales under section 28 of the Fair Trading Act 1987 (NSW). Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under that law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. This includes your rights relating to products and medicines.
